So what exactly are Zoomies?

The term "Frenchie Zoomies" refers to a behavior exhibited by dogs where they act like crazy devils for a brief period of time. During these episodes, their eyes become wild and they run around, abruptly changing directions. This sudden burst of energy can last anywhere from a few seconds to up to 5 minutes. These episodes are officially known as frenetic random activity periods, or FRAPs for short. Zoomies are a way for dogs to release pent-up energy and relieve stress, making this behavior completely normal and nothing to be concerned about. Zoomies are observed in dogs of various breeds and ages.
